Kids Dance Club
The Kids Dance Club (KDC) will be an exciting program for the children. The KDC will be used as a tool to teach
children how exercise can be fun and can be done in different forms other than a basic aerobics. Children normally
will be more inclined to exercise if it is being done in a FUN manner. During the KDC the children will learn some
great dance routines that will include moves from the Michael Jackson Thriller Video, High School Musical, and many
others. In addition, the children will experience different type of cultural dances such as belly dancing, Nia,
Hip Hop, & Jazz.
The Kids Dance Club will be held on every other Wednesday on the following dates:
